Summary

MEI Industrial Solutions (“MEI” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Olympus Partners (“Olympus”), has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by 26North Partners LP (“26North”). The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to MEI on this transaction.

MEI Industrial Solutions moves, stores and installs critical equipment for customers in the data center, semiconductor, EV and battery, aerospace and defense, life sciences and pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing markets.
