Kohlberg acquisition of AID, a portfolio company of Black Bay


Summary

Kohlberg has acquired a majority interest in Advanced Industrial Devices (“AID” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Black Bay Partners (“Black Bay”). AID’s existing management team will retain a significant ownership interest in the Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Kohlberg on this transaction.
