Summary

Kido (the “Company”) has completed a recapitalization that refinanced existing indebtedness, optimized the shareholder base and provided capital to support its expansion. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as advisor to Kido on this transaction. Leveraging Baird’s Technology & Services and Capital Solutions teams, the process delivered a flexible financing structure designed to support the Company’s international expansion plans.
