Bain Capital Double Impact Acquires SOLitude
Summary
Bain Capital Double Impact, LP (“Bain Capital Double Impact”) has entered into an agreement to acquire SOLitude Lake Management (“SOLitude”) and its Vertex Aquatic Solutions division, a subsidiary of Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO / NYSE: RTO). The agreement is subject to Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance and is expected to complete by early Q4 2026.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Bain Capital Double Impact on this transaction.
