Graebel Companies, Inc. (“Graebel” or the “Company”) and Reside Worldwide Inc. (“Reside”) have combined under common ownership, backed by Westbridge Capital Ltd (“Westbridge”) and supported by the Graebel family’s continued investment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
