GI Partners majority investment in Otodata, a portfolio company of Renovo


Summary

GI Partners has closed on a majority investment in Otodata Holdings Inc. (“Otodata” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Renovo Capital (“Renovo”). Existing shareholders, including Renovo and management, will retain a minority stake in the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to GI Partners on this transaction.
