Diodes Completes $375.0 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
Summary
Diodes Incorporated (“Diodes”) (Nasdaq: DIOD) recently completed a private offering of $375.0 million aggregate principal amount of 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2031 (the “Notes”) pursuant to Rule 144A (the “Offering”), which includes the exercise in full by the initial purchasers of their option to purchase an additional $50.0 million of Notes. Diodes intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to pay the approximately $19.0 million cost of capped call transactions, repurchase $35.0 million of common stock and for general corporate purposes including potential future acquisitions.
