Hawksford Holdings Limited (“Hawksford” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of STAR Capital Partnership LLP (“STAR”), has refinanced its existing debt facilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive debt advisor to Hawksford on this transaction. Baird's debt refinancing process delivered a carefully developed credit story, culminating in a competitive process to achieve a flexible structure at attractive terms.
