Precision Roll Solutions (“PRS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners (“Guardian”), was recently acquired by American Roller Company (“American Roller” or "ARC"), a portfolio company of Warren Equity Partners (“Warren Equity”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
