Stratsys Is Acquired by Hypergene
Summary
Stratsys AB ("Stratsys"), a portfolio company of Verdane, has been acquired by Hypergene, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Stratsys, its shareholders, the founders and Verdane on this transaction.
