DZYNE Technologies, LLC (“DZYNE Technologies,” “DZYNE,” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Highlander Partners, L.P. (“Highlander Partners”), has been acquired by Ondas Inc. (“Ondas”) (NASDAQ: ONDS) in a transaction valued at approximately $875.8 million.
