Summary

Labrie Environmental Group, LLC (“Labrie”), a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hiab Corporation (“Hiab”) (Nasdaq Helsinki: HIAB) in a transaction valued at $1.035 billion. This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Labrie on this transaction.
