Summary
Incendin NV (“Incendin” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Straco, has signed an agreement to be acquired by Fremman Capital (“Fremman”). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Incendin’s shareholders on this transaction.
