HawkEye 360 Completes $416 Million Initial Public Offering

HawkEye 360, Inc. (“HawkEye 360” or the “Company”) (NYSE: HAWK) recently announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $26.00 per share (the “Offering”). The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of HawkEye 360’s common stock.
The Offering generated approximately $416 million in primary gross proceeds for HawkEye 360. The Company intends to use the net primary proceeds to repay all outstanding borrowings, to fund the deferred payment of the Company’s acquisition of ISA and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
