Inflexion acquisition of Marioff from Spectrum, a portfolio company of Sentinel

Summary

Inflexion Private Equity Partners (“Inflexion”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Marioff (the “Company”). The proposed transaction will see the Company carved out from its parent, Spectrum Safety Solutions (“Spectrum”), a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners (“Sentinel”). The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
