Wtech, a portfolio company of Waterland, acquisition by APi

Summary

Wtech Fire Group (“Wtech”), a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity Ireland Ltd. ("Waterland"), has entered into an agreement to be acquired by APi Group Corporation (“APi”) (NYSE: APG). The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as advisor to Wtech and Waterland on the transaction.
