Cooper Turner Beck Group (“Cooper Turner Beck” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Watermill Group (“Watermill”), has sold a majority stake to Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. ("Waterland Private Equity" or "Waterland”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Cooper Turner Beck’s shareholders on this transaction.
