Perimeter acquisition of MMT, a portfolio company of Arcline

Summary

Perimeter Solutions, Inc. (“Perimeter Solutions,” “Perimeter,” or the “Company”) (NYSE: PRM) has acquired Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC (“MMT”), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management (“Arcline”) for approximately $685 million in cash, including certain tax benefits.
