Certified Collision Group, Inc. (“CCG” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”), has been acquired by The Riverside Company (“Riverside”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to CCG on this transaction.

CCG is a subscription-based membership network for high-performing independent collision repair shops. CCG offers the benefits of scale to independent collision repair shops. Since partnering with Incline in 2022, the Company has completed two acquisitions and expanded its affiliate network to all 50 states and Canada, providing access to insurance programs, OEM certification support, performance management and a broad range of vendor rebate programs. CCG is headquartered in San Jose, California.
