Cooley Is Acquired by Michelin
Summary
Cooley Group ("Cooley” or the "Company”), a portfolio company of J.H. Whitney Capital Partners (“J.H. Whitney”), recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin (“Michelin”) (ENXTPA: ML). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Cooley on this transaction.
