Summary
Elm Real Estate Group, LLC (“Elm Real Estate Group” or the “Company”) has received a participating preferred investment (the “Investment”) from a Strategic Investor to fund the ground-up development of a 318-unit apartment community in Westfield, Indiana. The Investment will position Elm Real Estate Group to continue capitalizing on increased demand in the multifamily sector while further strengthening the Company’s foothold in its home market of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Elm Real Estate Group on this transaction.
