Rensa Acquires IREMA and Aeolus
Summary
Rensa Filtration, Inc. (“Rensa”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), has recently acquired IREMA-Filter GmbH ("IREMA") and its U.S. subsidiary Aeolus Filter Corporation (“Aeolus”), a portfolio company of PINOVA Capital (“PINOVA”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PINOVA is an independent private equity company that invests its managed funds in high-growth technology companies in the German-speaking region. PINOVA focuses on mid-sized companies with revenues between €10 million and €75 million in the Industrial Technology sector (High Tech Components & Devices, Innovative Chemicals & Materials as well as Smart Systems & Software). PINOVA is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
