Summary

Rivean Capital has agreed to the sale of XD Connects B.V. (“XD Connects” or the “Company”) to Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC (“Platinum Equity”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rivean Capital on this transaction.
