Summary

Greenfood AB (“Greenfood” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Nordic Capital, has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Fidelio Capital (“Fidelio”). This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Greenfood on this transaction.
