Summary

Velocity Rail Solutions, Inc. (“Velocity”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), announced that it has combined with Liquid Tech Solutions (“LTS”), a portfolio company of Goldberg Lindsay & Co. LLC (“Lindsay Goldberg”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to Velocity & Wind Point on this transaction.
