Innovia Medical LLC (“Innovia” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Inverness Graham Investments, Inc. (“Inverness Graham”), recently completed the acquisition of Grace Medical Group, Inc. (“Grace”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
