Continental Disc Is Acquired by Baker Hughes
Summary
Continental Disc Corporation, LLC ("Continental Disc" or "CDC"), a portfolio company of Tinicum, recently announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by Baker Hughes (NASDAQ: BKR) for approximately $540 million. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to completion of all customary conditions and required regulatory approvals.
Baird served as financial co-advisor to CDC on this transaction.
