Summary

KM Packaging GmbH (“KM Packaging” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of capiton AG (“capiton”), has announced its acquisition by ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG (“ALPLA”). This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
