Summary

Altas Partners LP (“Altas”) recently announced a significant equity investment in Redwood Services (“Redwood”). This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This transaction marks the expansion of Redwood’s investor group alongside founding backer Union Main Group.
