Leidos’ acquisition of Kudu underscores several themes in the Defense & Government market, including: (1) tremendous M&A market interest in providers of decisive mission capabilities; (2) customer demand for next-generation converged cyber / electronic warfare solutions; and (3) alignment with National Security funding priorities addressing increasing threats in the Indo-Pacific region.
