Summary

Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. (“DRT”), a subsidiary of The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) (NYSE: BA), has been acquired by Thales Defense and Security, Inc. (“TDSI”), a subsidiary of Thales S.A. (“Thales”) (XPAR: HO). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Boeing on this transaction.

DRT is a commercial provider of intelligence systems to detect, demodulate, and geolocate signals through advanced digital signal processing in SWaP-optimized form factors for signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare (EW) programs across multiple domains.
