Summary

Tyto Athene (“Tyto”), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington”), has recently completed its acquisition of MindPoint Group (“MindPoint”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to Arlington Capital Partners on this transaction.
