Summary

Incident IQ (the “Company”) has recently announced a strategic investment from Cove Hill Partners (“Cove Hill”). Cove Hill joins JMI Equity (“JMI”), the Incident IQ founders and management team as partners in accelerating growth for the Company. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
