Avidity Science, LLC ("Avidity Science" or the “Company”), a portfolio company of ShoreView Industries (“ShoreView”), has recently been acquired by ATS Corporation (TSX: ATS) (NYSE: ATS) ("ATS"). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Avidity Science, LLC on this transaction.
