Chroma Completes Debt Refinancing
Summary
Chroma Color Corporation (“Chroma” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners (“Arsenal”), recently completed a secured debt financing (the “Financing”). The Financing consisted of a senior term loan, revolving credit facility and a delayed draw facility. Chroma will use the proceeds from the refinancing to support ongoing organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Baird served as the exclusive debt advisor to Chroma Color Corporation on this transaction.
