Brennan Acquires Dredging and Dewatering Division Assets of IAI
Summary
J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. (“Brennan”) recently acquired the dredging and dewatering division assets of Infrastructure Alternatives, Inc. (“IAI”). The purchase brings dewatering, water treatment, and treatability testing services into the Brennan organization for the first time.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Brennan on this transaction.
