Summary

Lee Container Corporation, Inc. (“Lee Container”) recently announced an agreement to be acquired by Greif, Inc. (“Greif” or the “Company”) (NYSE: GEF, GEF.B) for $300 million in cash. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearances, and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
