Summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC (“PSG” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Teleperformance SE (“Teleperformance”). PSG will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teleperformance, with its founders and senior management team continuing to operate the Company. Teleperformance acquired PSG from its managers and private investors for a total consideration of $300 million.
