GOLFTEC Enterprises LLC (“GOLFTEC”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SkyTrak LLC (“SkyTrak”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
