dlhBOWLES, Inc. (“dlhBOWLES” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of MPE Partners (“MPE” or “Morgenthaler Private Equity”), has been acquired by ABC Technologies Holdings Inc. (“ABC Technologies”) (TSX: ABCT) for approximately $255 million.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to dlhBOWLES, Inc. on this transaction.
