Nintex, a portfolio company of TPG and Thoma Bravo, acquisition of Kryon


Nintex (the “Company”), a portfolio company of TPG Capital (“TPG”) and Thoma Bravo, announced its acquisition of Kryon. Terms of the deal are not disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Nintex on this transaction.
