Summary

Hornblower Group (“Hornblower”), a portfolio company of Crestview Partners (“Crestview”), announced today it has closed on the acquisition of Journey Beyond. As a result of the acquisition, Journey Beyond will join Hornblower’s portfolio of travel experience companies and have a presence in 111 countries and territories worldwide.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hornblower Group on this transaction.
