Curtis Instruments, Inc. (“Curtis” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Kohler Co., Inc. (“Kohler”). Curtis Instruments will operate as a standalone entity within the Kohler Power Group. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Curtis Instruments, Inc. on this transaction.
