CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (“CollabraLink” or the “Company”) has received a majority investment from Washington Harbour Partners (“WHP”).

WHP’s investment in CollabraLink illustrates the following buyer priorities in Government & Defense M&A: (1) prioritization of pure-play digital transformation solutions, (2) rapidly increasing government adoption of low-code platform solutions, and (3) the expanding interest from private equity to support the Government’s need for IT modernization and digital transformation.
