KidsKonnect is a leading childcare software provider, with headquarters in Haarlem, the Netherlands and offers fully integrated software solutions for daycare centres, out-of-school care, childminder organisations and primary education centres. The Company serves more than one million children in the 0-12 year age group with childcare software solutions in the Netherlands and Belgium via its integrated platform, and has established itself as a market leader in the Benelux region.

BB Capital Investments is based in The Hague, the Netherlands and focuses on Direct Investments, Fund Investments and Private Funds, all aimed at investments in growing SMEs with an international focus. The investors of BB Capital Investments mainly consist of Dutch entrepreneurs and wealthy families, for which BB Capital Investments offers tailor-made solutions.

Five Arrows Growth Capital is part of the European private equity arm of Rothschild & Co’s Merchant Banking business.
