Katena, a portfolio company of Audax, acquisition by Corza, a GTCR portfolio company


Katena Products (“Katena” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity ("Audax"), has successfully been acquired by Corza Medical (“Corza”), a GTCR portfolio company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Katena Products on this transaction.
