Data Driven Safety, LLC (“DDS” or “The Company”), a portfolio company of Striker Partners (“Striker”) and Graham Software Development (“Graham”), was recently acquired by Verisk Analytics, Inc. (“Verisk”) (NASDAQ: VRSK). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Data Driven Safety, LLC.
