Summary

TaskUs, Inc. (“TaskUs”) (NASDAQ: TASK), a portfolio company of Blackstone Group L.P. (“Blackstone”), recently completed a follow-on offering of 12,077,480 shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $63.50 per share generating gross proceeds of $766.9 million. The offering was upsized from 10,000,000 shares of Class A common stock to 12,077,480 shares of Class A common stock. The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,811,622 shares of Class A common stock. Blackstone and other selling shareholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering.
