Navitas merger with Live Oak II


Navitas Semiconductor (“Navitas” or the “Company”) announced that it has closed its previously announced merger with the special purpose acquisition company Live Oak Acquisition Corp. II (“Live Oak II”). Through the merger, Navitas common stock and warrants began trading on the Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NVTS and NVTSW).

Live Oak II was a blank check company whose business purpose was to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Live Oak II is led by an experienced team of managers, operators and investors who have played important roles in helping build and grow profitable public and private businesses, both organically and through acquisitions, to create value for stockholders. John P. Amboian, Chairman, served as Chairman and CEO of Nuveen Investments. Richard Hendrix, CEO and Director, served as CEO of FBR & Co. Andrea Tarbox, CFO and Director, served as CFO and Vice President of KapStone Paper & Packaging. Live Oak II is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.
