Cardno Sells Its Americas Consulting and Asia-Pacific Consulting divisions to Stantec
Summary
Cardno Ltd. (“Cardno” or the “Company”) (ASX:CDD) has entered into an Agreement with Stantec, Inc. (“Stantec”) (TSX, NYSE: STN) for the sale of its Americas Consulting and Asia-Pacific Consulting divisions for total aggregate cash consideration of US$500 million. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
